Rules

ATTENTION !

customers are required to pay within 24 hours after receiving our confirmation mail . else orders will be cancelled .

we will send out the parcel the day after we received your full payment .

IF we found out any flaws on item before sending which normally we will double check , then we will make full refund to you if you are paid .

firstly .

we do not reserve item for shopper because it will cause our flow slowing down .

secondly .

we are using 1st come 1st serve basic . we will refer to the time of your order placement . tq !

thirdly .

for sure . all products are Brand New item.

Forthly .

The item as modeled may slightly different in terms of colour due to monitor’s resolution.

Fifthly .

Once your order been confirmed by us . you are advised to pay within 24 hours . else your order will be back out .

Sixthly .

we are not responsible on any lost parcel but we will try to help . we will give you the tracking number of your parcel once the parcel is sent .

Seventhly .

goods are not exchangeable or returnable once it's sold . we are also not re-selling any item on behalf of any buyer . please understand our inconveniences .

Last but not least .

If you are using bank-in method via cash deposit machine . we understand that you are not allowed to deposit RM1 note . so . if you pay more than the total . we will be returning the balance together in your parcel .
